Century: Golem Edition

Century Trilogy Board Games - Spice Road, Eastern Wonders, A New World

Players: 2-5
Playing time: 30- 45 mins

Century is a series of stand-alone, mixable games, with each title being set in a different century, and depicting the major trading systems and journeys of the old eras.

Century: Golem Edition is a re-themed version of Century: Spice Road and in this edition players are caravan leaders who journey down the famous golem road to deliver crystals to the far corners of the globe.

There are four actions that players must perform during each turn: Establish a trade route, by taking a Market card. Make a trade or harvest crystals, by playing a card from hand. Fulfill a demand, by meeting a victory point card’s requirements and claiming it. And finally, Rest by taking back into your hand all of the cards you’ve previously played.

Similar to Azul, this game gives a nod to the strenuous labor, and imaginative force required by our ancestors in centuries gone by.

Kingdomino

Kingdomino Board Game

Players: 2- 4
Playing time: 15- 25 mins

Like Azul, in Kingdomino everyone has the goal to create the most spectacular, and aesthetically pleasing creation. In this feudal tile placement game, players build and expand their empires using dominos.

Each participant will take turns strategically choosing and placing land tiles around their respective castles. Matching land tiles — such as forest, wasteland, and water — must be adjacent to each other, so it is fundamental to plan accordingly.

It is important to aim to collect tiles with a crown emblem, as only connected terrain groups with a crown will be awarded points. Kingdomino puts a medieval twist on classic dominoes. This award-winning game is great for all the family because it’s easy and quick to play.

Playing time: 30- 45 mins

Reef is an abstract strategy game suited for players who enjoy decision-making and taking ownership of their creations. In Reef, participants carefully select colors and patterns in which to grow and expand a beautiful Coral Reef.

Like in Azul, a colorful and creative mind is required to be successful and on each turn, players must choose to pick up a new card from a choice of four or play a card that is already in hand.

Each card provides two reef pieces and a pattern that scores points if the existing reef has it. The player with the most points when the reef pieces have all been used is the winner.

Sagrada

Sagrada Board Game Box and Components

Players: 1- 4
Playing time: 30- 45 mins

Just like in Azul, Sagrada sees players tasked with carefully constructing a stained glass window masterpiece, this time using drafted dice and tools of the trade.

In this fun building-style challenge, Sagrada requires players to build up a grid of dice on their player board to create a stained glass window. The catch is that each board has some restrictions on which color or shade of dice can be placed there.

It is not possible to place dice of the same shade or color next to each other and dice are drafted in player order, with the first player rotating each round, snaking back around after the last player drafts two dice.

Attaining various patterns and varieties of placement varies the point scoring and skill tokens can be used to break rules. The championship is gained by the player with the highest-scoring window artisan!

Realm of Sand

Players: 1- 4
Playing time: 30- 60 mins

Who will assist the Queen of Ragusa and become the hero in saving her home?

Realm of Sand tells the story of a world in which the source of magic in a realm called Ragusa, has begun to die. Similar to Azul, the game focuses on a historical era where the urgency for change is imminent.

Players have a board with grid lines, with a central area in light shading surrounded by squares with dark shading. Each player begins with three of the game’s polyomino shapes, and during each turn may place one of those shapes anywhere on the light spaces on their board.

Like in Azul, the color of the shapes plays a major role and the game is centered on construction. Players must act as royal magicians and work fast to stop the magic of Ragusa from dissipating.
